New online resource available to journalists in Persian
With the goal of supporting Persian-speaking journalists, the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) has launched a Persian language section to its multilingual online media assistance portal; the International Journalists’ Network (IJNet).
The new addition will help Persian speaking journalists, media managers, and media NGO professionals -- specifically those in Iran -- access a wide range of media related news, developments and training opportunities in their native language.
IJNet is the world’s premier resource for the media assistance community. It is an online service for journalists, media managers, media assistance professionals, journalism trainers and educators, or anyone else with an interest in news media around the world. It is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic and now Persian.

Support for IJNet comes from the Open Society Institute, the Eurasia Foundation, the National Endowment for Democracy, and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. For more information about ICFJ, go to www.icfj.org.
