An online medical journalism course is now available to journalists.

The main objective of the course is to provide journalistic tools to health care professionals and communications professionals. Organized into four separate course modules—TV, radio, print and web— consisting of six classes each, the course allows participants to engage in as many of the four available modules as they want.

Each module costs US$180 and counts as 30 academic credit hours. To view the topics covered in each class, click here.

Classes are taught by professors at the Graduate School of the Asociacion Medica Argentina and the course itself is sponsored by Sociedad Argentina de Periodismo Medico. Through the course, participants will make connections between the health and communications fields and reassess doctor-patient relationships.
