Journalists will learn how to research and analyze environmental issues in Latin American countries, deal with scientific sources and tell stories on biodiversity. Classes will encourage the use of digital media in environmental reporting.

There are 16 spots available. Candidates must be reporters who work for a Latin American media outlet and have at least three years of experience covering environmental issues. Priority will be given to journalists with experience in reporting climate change, biodiversity, science, environmental policies and other related topics.
