Photographers in Europe can enter a contest on the theme of "leadership."

Hosted by communications agency BergHind Joseph, the top three finalists will receive cash prizes and can spend the day with a professional photographer.

UK and European citizens over the age of 18 can enter.

Organizers are looking for people who have the eye and the ability to take stunning images which convey the leadership theme. Leadership is a combination of values, such as motivation, decisiveness, engagement and inspiration -- but BergHind Joseph is interested in getting your perception on how it can be encapsulated in the click of a camera button.

Deadline for entries is December 16.
