Pulliam newspaper fellowships for students accepting applications

Journalism students in the United States can apply for a paid reporting fellowship.
The Pulliam Fellowship program places college students and new graduates at either The Indianapolis Star or The Arizona Republic for the summer of 2013. Fellows will act as members of the newsroom and participate in writing workshops. Fellows earn US$650 per week for the duration of the 10-week program.
Past Pulliam fellows include Paul Glader, reporter for The Wall Street Journal, and John Fritze, reporter for USA Today. College juniors, seniors and graduate students enrolled in journalism programs are eligible to apply.
The deadline for applications is November 1.
