Registration open for investigative journalism congress

Latin American journalists can now register to participate in the third international congress of investigative journalism, scheduled for May 8 to 10 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Deadline: April 8.
The congress will offer five courses for participants. Experts in investigative journalism will examine topics including investigation of public expenses and coverage of public management, advanced courses in computer-assisted reporting, and human development for journalists.
Featured speakers will come from England, the United States and Latin America, as well as from some of Brazil’s media outlets. Discounts are available for members of the Brazilian association of investigative journalism (ABRAJI, in Portuguese).
