Journalists with opinion and op-ed experience can apply for this position based in London.

Reuters Opinion, a provider of insight into the global financial community, is seeking a seasoned editor to help grow and innovate its opinion offerings in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

The editor will conceive, assign, edit, publish and promote Reuters Opinion pieces. The successful candidate will also edit and supervise existing staff, and work extensively with existing Reuters contributors, both staff and contractors. Some of these duties will include publishing opinion columns generated in other regions.

Applicants should have significant experience working with opinion and op-ed articles, an ability to develop a significant network of contributors and writers, and excellent writing skills and news judgement.
