Thomson Reuters is seeking a senior producer to conduct its video operation in Cuba. The successful candidate will run a small team covering news, sports and feature stories on the island.

Applicants must possess superior shooting and editing skills, and be able to illustrate major issues in Cuba for a global audience. Applicants should also have a proven record of working under pressure and spearheading large-scale live coverage in a range of environments, including hostile ones.

In addition, candidates should have the ability to edit video and meet key deadlines, a knowledge of how to script and file shotlists, and a willingness to travel on last-minute foreign assignments.
