Candidates should have a graduate degree completed or in progress in one of the following fields: business administration, journalism, law or public policy. German language skills are not required and language training is provided by the program.

Fellows will receive €2,000 (about US$2,870) a month for the duration of the program. Accommodation and travel costs are also covered.
