Journalists are invited to attend the upcoming World Conference of Science Journalists (WCSJ), which will bring science communicators from across the world together in London to debate critical science journalism issues. Travel scholarships are available.

Through plenaries, symposia and debates, the sixth annual WCSJ, to take place June 30 to July 2, aims to raise the quality and impact of science journalism worldwide and share excellence in independent journalism. Participants will also have the opportunity to network and forge new partnerships with science journalists from around the world.

WCSJ is also accepting applications for Travel Scholarships to cover travel, accommodation, full registration, workshops and post-conference trips to sites of scientific interest. The deadline for applications is February 28, and winners will be notified by March 31.
