Experienced photojournalists in the United States who are returning to school can apply for a US$5,000 scholarship.

The National Press Photographers Foundation will award five scholarships to photojournalists with at least three years' professional experience who returned to a U.S. university to expand their skill set.

Applicants must be U.S. residents with published work and must have returned to school full time in the past year.

Applicants must submit an application form and select two faculty members to complete a recommendation form.

The deadline is November 16.
