Scholarships are available for a course in Ecuador on technological changes on the radio. The course will be held at CIESPAL headquarters in Quito.

The course is intended for journalists who work in public, community and commercial radio stations in OAS member countries. Course goals include: helping participants learn the art of radio and the use of information technology in the region, examining challenges facing broadcasters in the midst of constant technological changes, and providing digital technology tools for journalistic use.
