Journalists in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region can apply for one of these scholarships.
The T.M.C. Asser Institute and the RNTC are offering five full scholarships to journalists who wish to attend the course "Inside International Justice," which will take place from November 5 to November 9 in The Hague.
The course aims to provide journalists with knowledge, contacts and examples of best practices in reporting on the work of institutions that deliver international justice.
Applicants must have at least two years of experience in journalism and must either operate as an independent journalist or work for a news organization that clearly stands for free, pluralistic and independent media.
The full scholarships cover tuition fees, subsistence allowance for the duration of the course, international travel costs, hotel accommodations and medical insurance.
