Social issues seminar in Kiev open

Journalists 18 to 30 years old from Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan can participate in this training.
German-Russian youth portal To4ka-Treff and Goethe Institute invite young journalists to participate in the training "Social diseases of the 21st century," which will be held in Kiev from April 8 to 11. The training will help journalists cover the challenging topics of our time, including from terrorism and poverty.
During the session, the young journalists from Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Germany will learn about the vital problems of society in these regions, meet with experts in the field of media, sociology, psychology, and will share journalism experiences. Participants will then create their own reports under the guidance of professionals.
Organizers will cover costs of travel, meals and accommodation for participants.
Participation in the seminar requires a thorough knowledge of German.
