Journalists and bloggers in Lebanon can be nominated for this award.

Beirut's First Social Media Awards will allow the Lebanese online community to nominate, vote for and award bloggers, journalists, content creators, community managers, public personas and users of social media for their efforts in communication and online creation.

The nominees must pass four stages to receive an award: online nominations, judges' selection, final vote and the awards ceremony.
