Spanish-speaking professional and citizen journalists interested in developing multimedia products can participate in this online course.

The course, organized by the Centro de Formación en Periodismo Digital (CFPD), will teach participants how to identify image and typography formats suitable for multimedia journalism.

The course will address elements of digital reporting projects including: photos, text, audio, video, animation and interactivity.

Interested candidates must have intermediate level knowledge of English and have a minimum of eight hours per week to devote to the course.

The course will be conducted July 1- 28. The cost to enroll is MXN1,000 or US$100 for foreigners and residents outside of Mexico.

The deadline to register is June 16.
