Thomson Reuters is seeking an editor to help grow and innovate its Reuters Opinion offerings in the Asia region.

The job entails conceiving, assigning, editing, publishing and promoting Reuters Opinion pieces, and helping to expand the range of topics that the section covers.

The successful candidate will also edit for and supervise existing staff, and work extensively with Reuters contributors. Some of these duties will include publishing opinion columns generated in other regions.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience working with opinion and op-ed articles, some of which should be in the Asia region. In addition, candidates should have an extensive network of writers and experts who can contribute to Reuters Opinion.
