International travel photographers can participate in a contest.

International Award ONTHEMOVE is an award open to photographers, professionals and amateurs from all over the world of any age.

The award was created in conjunction with the international photo festival Cortona On The Move, focusing on travel photography.

The theme for 2013 is "Happiness On the Move." Its interpretation is left open to the creativity and sensitivity of photographers who are called to reflect on the theme, moving away from its purely literal meaning and to develop it in its various aspects.

The prize is EU€4,000 (about US$5,200). The winner will also have the opportunity to see his/her project mounted in a solo exhibition during the 2014 edition of the festival.
