European journalists interested in health reporting can apply to cover a major conference in Italy.

A group of 10 journalists from country members of the European Union of Science Journalists' Associations (EUSJA) will be selected to cover the forum, which will focus on the latest developments in the study and treatment of acute or chronic and recurrent pain.

The event is organized by the European Federation of International Association for the Study of Pain (EFIC), which will bring together over 4,000 healthcare professionals in Florence on Oct. 9-12.

The organizer will cover accommodation and conference fees. The journalists must take care of their travel expenses.

Submit applications through the EUSJA country representatives by July 14.
