Academics can attend a workshop on incorporating diversity coverage in journalism schools.

The Media Diversity Institute will host a workshop called "Reporting Diversity Curricula Development" where academics from the Middle East and North Africa will exchange ideas with U.K. peers from September 22-24.

Participants will discuss how diversity coverage can be incorporated into journalism curricula, as well as course development. Specific topics include gender, religion, ethnicity and more.

Experts in the media and diversity field will lead panel discussions and presentations throughout the three-day workshop.

The workshop is funded by UNESCO Rabat, and organized in partnership with Institut de Presse et des Sciences de l'Information (IPSI), Tunisia.
