UNICEF journalism award accepting entries [Bolivia]

A journalism contest called “Children Count” hopes to raise awareness about protecting children and teens’ rights in Bolivia.

The contest is organized by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Petrobras, Friends of Social and Entrepreneurial Responsibility (AMIGARSE) and the Center of Education and Communications- Bolivian Youth (ECO JÓVENES).

Bolivian journalists and media professionals are invited to submit stories published in print, radio and TV between August 1, 2010 and April 20, 2011.

Winners of each category will earn a cash prize of USD$1,000.
