Students and aspiring journalists interested in online media can apply for a fellowship in New York City. The program will runs from June 5 to August 6, 2011. Deadline: December 1.

The fellowship, sponsored by the International Radio and Television Society, will give students the opportunity to gain real-world experience at a media corporation. Participants will also speak with industry professionals and take part in panels, field trips and discussions.

Applicants must be college juniors, seniors or graduate students. Travel, housing and a living allowance is included in the fellowship.
