Journalists interested in food-related issues can apply for a course at MIT in the United States.
“Food Boot Camp” will teach the basics of food production issues, and address the underlying science and the overlying social, economic and political factors. Twelve selected journalists will join the 12 Knight Fellows already in residence at MIT.
Applicants must have three years of full-time journalism experience. Some travel and living expenses will be covered. For more information, click here.
