Pakistani journalists can apply for this opportunity.

The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) invites journalists to apply for the U.S.-Pakistan Professional Partnership Program.

Candidates working in regional or local media with three to 10 years of active journalistic work experience are preferred. Women; minorities; residents of FATA, Gilgit/Baltistan, Balochistan, Interior Sindh and other remote areas; and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Selected participants will spend up to four weeks at a U.S. newsroom. The program will also be knit throughout with events and opportunities to experience U.S. life, showcasing its diversity.

All expenses for Pakistani participants are covered by the grant, including travel, accommodation, meals and materials.

The U.S. Department of State funds this program, run by the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ), based in Washington.
