Designers, journalists, photographers and illustrators can participate in the 4th LIDE - Language, Information and Editorial Design, to be held on November 4 and 5 in São Paulo.

The event, hosted by Fundação Casper Libero, will offer for the first time workshops on design and infographics, in addition to lectures.

Speakers include: Javier Errea, designer at i, Portugal, SND award winner for best newspaper design in 2011; Alberto Cairo, director of infographics and multimedia for Epoca magazine, author of "El Arte Functional" and "Infografía 2.0;" and Francesco Franchi, art director of IL-Intelligence in Lifestyle, a monthly magazine of Italian business newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore.

Registration costs from BR$70 (about US$40) for students to BR$350 (about US$200) for professionals.
