Warsaw Journalism Center, Harvard's Nieman Foundation to present ethics conference
Experience the zlota polska jesien or "golden Polish autumn" while attending a conference, "Ethics in Journalism," featuring an international panel of experts, to be conducted October 26-27 in the Polish capital by the Warsaw Journalism Center and Harvard University.
Experts from four continents will explore the establishment and enforcement of ethical standards, ethics in photojournalism, government and media, and church and media during the two-day event at Polish Scientific Publishers, 10 Miodowa Street, in Warsaw's lovingly rebuilt Old City.
The events' sponsors so far are the Nieman Foundation at Harvard, the U.S. Information Service, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Freedom Forum, the Polish weekly newsmagazine Wprost and Polish Scientific Publishers.
