On September 10-11, a seminar-workshop in São Paulo, Brazil will examine issues facing the newspaper industry and offer solutions for newspapers. Registration is ongoing.

The seminar, called “Newspaper Next: A Transformation Project,” seeks to transform the current, outdated newspaper business model. Registration costs US$400 (four or more participants from the same paper can get discounts).

The event, which is an initiative of the American Press Institute (API), will take place at the Jornal O Estado de S. Paulo’s Auditorium.
