Venezuela’s Fundación Centro de Estudios Latinoamericanos Rómulo Gallegos is inviting journalists to apply for weekly workshops on a variety of themes, including literary journalism, cultural journalism, creative writing, film and TV scriptwriting, among other themes. Deadline: October 30.

The date of each workshop will be released after the selection of participants. Candidates must send two 20-page articles in the genre of the workshop they choose, a resume, and a letter describing their expectations.

The workshops are free of charge.
