Filmmakers from Europe and the Middle East can apply for a development and networking program.

The program will address in-depth project development, and will provide participants with the opportunity to network with key players from both the EU and Arab film industries. Twelve teams, composed of a writer, director and producer, will be selected. Participants will attend two workshops in Torino and Dubai.

All applicants must be fluent in English, and come from Europe or one of the listed Arab countries.
