Russian journalists, journalism students, and researchers of the history of journalism are eligible to submit entries to a competition about the history of diplomacy in Irkutsk, Russia.

Irkutsk will celebrate its 350th anniversary, and the competition is aimed to commemorate the city's role in the history of Russian-Chinese relations, as well as other chapters of the Russian history of diplomacy.

Categories include: best journalistic work, best photo story, and best history research.
