Three Caribbean newspapers have teamed up to cover this year's Beijing Olympic Games.

A pocket guide has been released for reporters traveling to China to cover the Beijing Olympics.

The City of Johannesburg will be the major broadcasting center for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the world’s biggest sporting event after the Olympics, according to bizcommunity.com.

All news outlets with the license to broadcast the event will be able to set up studios inside a facility in Johannesburg known as the International Broadcasting Centre (IBC) to direct their coverage.
