Developed for journalists and bloggers living in Iran, the first courses aim to equip participants with the skills to effectively report business news and on crisis situations ranging from natural disasters to humanitarian emergencies to health crises.

The master template for a new training manual on HIV/AIDS reporting is scheduled for release at the end of January. The training guide, entitled “Media Companion to HIV and AIDS,” is the product of collaboration between UNESCO and journalists from around the developing world.
