Locals in Brooklyn are using their mobile phones to capture the everyday changes around them for a new citizen journalism project. "You don’t have to be a trained person to have a voice that matters in the neighborhood," Marly Pierre-Louis, communications organizer at the Brooklyn Movement Center, told IJNet.
