Joel is the Client Engagement lead at Alcone. Joel began his career learning the fundamentals of promotional marketing as Promotion Manager at Kraft Foods, working on the Kool-Aid and Capri Sun brands. From there, it was on to the Agency side where over a 17 year career, he worked on many world class brands like Campbell’s Soup, ConAgra Foods, Pepperidge Farms, Heineken, Nike and more.

Tony is responsible for Program Management at Alcone, insuring that all promotional programs are accurately planned, flawlessly executed and appropriately measured. He developed his skills while working on the client side, directing the promotion planning function for Unilever as well as Clairol. He has experience across all channels of trade as well as having helped develop the shopper marketing function at both companies
